We need some volunteer web design help

We're in the midst of planning for Northern Voice 2010. One of the tasks we're looking for some help with is the re-skinning or designing of this site. We're looking for somebody who can:

  • Develop a new design (which could be a slight
    modification to last year's site or something more significant)
  • Create the HTML and CSS for the new design
  • Integrate the code into the Drupal production system

We'll also need a few banner ads, a Twitter background and a few other items for use elsewhere on the web.
